House Rules
Parking & Unloading: You can park up to 5 cars. NO STREET PARKING is allowed.

Parties: Please note, there is a strict policy about no parties at the house. The only people allowed to be in the house are the people approved on the contract. If you have a party or if you have people not on the contract in the house without written permission, or if there is smoking or vaping in the house you will be charged an additional $250.
Front Door: You will be text a code to open the front door on the morning of check-in.
Back Door: Please make sure all doors are locked whenever you leave the house. We live in an extremely safe area, but we are old fashioned and like to make sure all doors are locked at bedtime.
Air Conditioning: Please do not leave AC on with the doors and/or windows open. Turn AC up to 72 degrees when you are not in the house. Please leave thermostat at 75 degrees when checking out.
Dining Table: Please use placemats and do not put hot item directly on the table.
Fireplaces: The fireplace are not to be used. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO START THEM!
Wifi Password: oceanfront
Garbage Disposal: Please make sure water is running the entire time you use the disposal. The disposal switch is left of the sink on the back wall. Please do not put too much food or coffee grinds in the disposal.
Dishwashers: To run simply put dishwasher soap in the dispenser, press start and close it.
Toilets: Please do not use too much toilet paper. NO feminine hygiene products, wipes or diapers are allowed in the toilets. You will lose your security deposit if you do this.
Towels: There should be enough towels in each bathroom to accommodate all guests.
Game Room: The pool table is vintage. Please do not put drinks directly on the table.
Theater Room: The theater is equipped with an projector, surround sound system and a Roku. To start projector, click power button on projector. The surround sound system is located behind the door. It can be left on. The Roku can be used to control the viewing options or you can play a DVD.
Board Games: We have board games on the upper level in the cabinets to the right of the television.
Laundry Room: Please make sure to clean the lint trap of the dryer after each use. This is very important as lint left in the dryer trap is a major fire hazard.
Trash: Please take your trash & recycle to the four provided bins in the drive.
Hot Tub: No one under 18 allowed to use the hot tub without an adult 21 or older present. CAUTION - the Hot Tub is kept at 100 degrees.

To Use Hot Tub:
- Take the top off by unsnapping the 2 snaps. Fold over the front 1/2 over the black bar and then fold up the entire top carefully - it will sit straight up.
- The hot tub is kept at 100 degrees. If you want it warmer, use the arrows to adjust temperature. Please do not put it above 104 degrees.
- To turn on the jets, simply press the jets button.
After Hot Tub Use:
- Turn off the jets
- Leave at 100 degrees
- Carefully put the top back on and snap shut
- Please wash and dry your wet towels if you are able to so that they don't start to smell.
